Free Bicycle Lights for DC Bicyclists
On November 2nd, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at SunTrust Plaza, at the corner of 18th Street and Columbia Road, NW, free bicycle head and taillights will be distributed, as well as bicycle safety literature in both English and Spanish text.
On November 9th, the lights and safety literature will be available from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Shrine of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 3211 Pine St. Altogether, approximately 200 headlights and taillights will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
